Discovery of Historical Severe Solar Storms & a Potential Alert

According to recent studies, powerful solar storms in the past could have had a disastrous effect on modern technology if they had happened today.

Solar storms happen when the Sun ejects charged particles into Earth's magnetic field.

Solar storms happen when the Sun ejects charged particles into Earth’s magnetic field.

When Charles Darwin released On the Origin of Species in 1859, the planet was hit by one of the strongest solar storms ever recorded. Some areas of Europe and North America experienced fires as a result of malfunctioning telegraph systems. Prior to this event, which became known as the Carrington event, there was the first verified sighting of a solar flare, which is an intense outburst of solar radiation. The flare announced the arrival of the solar storm by igniting dazzling auroras across the sky. Even though the Carrington event was powerful, recent studies indicate that even more powerful solar storms have previously happened.

Clues about Radiocarbon from Tree Rings

By examining the radiocarbon levels in tree rings, scientists have found evidence of these ancient storms. A group led by Nagoya University researcher Fusa Miyake found sharp increases in radiocarbon concentrations, which are indicative of strong solar storms. They have discovered things like what happened in AD774, AD993, and even earlier in 660 BC and 5259 BC. The strongest solar storm on record occurred approximately 14,370 years ago, close to the end of the last ice age. These storms were far more powerful than the Carrington event.Clues about Radiocarbon from Tree Rings By examining the radiocarbon levels in tree rings, scientists have found evidence of these ancient storms. Effects of Contemporary Technology

When charged particles from the Sun escape and enter Earth’s magnetic field, solar storms happen. Our technological infrastructure, such as communication networks, power grids, and satellites, can be affected by these storms. Tree ring events indicate that our contemporary world would be susceptible to such an occurrence. Scientists are examining ancient trees all over the world to learn more about the frequency and intensity of solar storms, which have the power to completely disrupt global systems. In addition to advancing radiocarbon dating, this research aids in our preparedness for upcoming solar storms, which could have catastrophic consequences for today’s globalized society. When charged particles from the Sun escape and enter Earth’s magnetic field, solar storms happen. Dreame X40 Ultra features dual rotatory mops

The brand-new robotic vacuum cleaner from Dreame, the X40 Ultra, includes a mopping feature and was just introduced in India. With 12,000Pa suction force, the brand’s new flagship product from Xiaomi features an auto-emptying mechanism and a self-cleaning mop. The laser-based navigation technology is housed in an elevated region atop the spherical shape of the new robot cleaner. It uses 3D structured light and an RGB camera with AI. With the Dreamehome app or a linked voice assistant, users may remotely operate the 6,400mAh battery-powered Dreame X40 Ultra.

India’s Dreame X40 Ultra Cost
The Dreame X40 Ultra will be available for purchase on Amazon in India for Rs. 1,29,999. There is a one-year warranty included. During the next Great Indian Festival sale, the robot vacuum and mop combo will be offered at a special promotional price of Rs. 99,999. After giving Amazon Prime members early access to the deal on September 26, the sale will open to all buyers on September 27.

Dreame X40 Ultra Features and Specifications
Dreame’s recently released vacuum cleaner has an RGB camera built-in and 3D structured light technology for obstacle recognition. It claims to be able to recognize and steer clear of up to 120 different kinds of objects, including shoes, cables, and more, and it makes a four-level detailed map of the space for cleaning.

The Dreame X40 Ultra contains an anti-tangle TriCut rubber brush to remove hair, pet hair, dust, and bigger debris. It also has a turbidity sensor to make sure mops are washed again as needed. The suction power of the self-cleaning equipment is 12,000Pa.

To vacuum and mop your house, the vacuum cleaner has two rotatory mops. The side brush can expand to reach curved furniture legs and wall corners by lifting up to 10.5mm. It is stated that this characteristic keeps messes that are moist and dry from becoming contaminated. The robot has a 4 cm mop extension. The machine boasts a 3.2-liter vacuum bag that needs to be emptied just once per 75 days of use.

With the Dreamehome App that is compatible, users can personalize their cleaning tasks. Users can set no-go zones and virtual fences for planning. To help with cleaning under curtains without getting trapped on them, the app has added a new curtain zone. Google Assistant, Apple Siri, and Amazon Alexa are all supported by the Dreame X40 Ultra.

Dreame X40 Ultra base station manages hot water mop cleaning (70 degrees Celsius), automatic mop drying, self-cleaning washboard, automatic dustbin emptying, and water and cleaning solution replenishment. The volume of the used and clean water tanks is 4.5 liters. The rotary mops were cleaned, then they were warm air-blown dry for two hours. The battery capacity of the Dreame X40 Ultra is 6,400mAh.
